Coordinated Entry System Policies & Procedures

Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH) is publishing the approved Coordinated Entry System’s Policies & Procedures and Appendix.  These were approved by the Coordinating Committee on June 1^st, 2020.

CACH is the Designated Lead Agency for Harrisburg/Dauphin County Continuum of Care (PA-501) and charged with standardizing a CES across Dauphin County. These standards are intended to clarify and provide guidance around Coordinated Entry. As systems and accompanying documents are developed, CACH is committed to offering training and technical assistance as needed and determined.
